Disappointment Sweeps UFC 90 Main Event

by Joe Lawrence October 28th, 2008 | Martial Arts, MMA
For the past few months, the MMA world has been anticipating October 25th.  Anderson "the Spider" Silva is defending his title once again.  Whenever you hear Anderson Silva is going to fight, you need to plan on being there to watch.  Why?

The furthest is weapons, then kicking, then boxing, trapping and finally grappling. Weapons range can be infinite in distance. This range is where I can not touch you

What is the Best Martial Art?

by Joe Lawrence October 7th, 2008 | Martial Arts, MMA

I have had numerous people ask me hundreds of questions about martial arts, however, I do have a favorite. I love it when people ask me what martial art is the best art out of all of them. It is a very difficult question with so many variables, and honestly there is not one answer.

“Why do you like the question then…moron?” It always leads to a discussion about martial arts. I love to talk about (and write about) martial arts. ‘Martial
