In 1775, Paul Revere let the colonials know that the British were coming. It marked the beginning of our fight for freedom. Now we have another fight ahead of us. The UK and USA face off once again in the realm of MMA.

Mr. T.O.’s Wild Ride
by Ronald A. Rowe March 24th, 2009 | Football, NFL
The Harbinger of Football Doom, also known as Terrell Owens, has found a new home in Buffalo this month. To recap his NFL journey, he spent his first few years in San Francisco, where he alienated the coach, the quarterback, and the fans. He questioned QB Jeff Garcia’s sexual orientation, pouted on the sidelines, and demanded release. Then, he forgot to file his free agent paperwork and wound up recommitted to a team for which he had shown contempt in every possible way.
San Francisco then traded him to Baltimore, where he set a new NFL record by

Network for Fighters

Since the beginning of time people have longed to share their wisdom and knowledge with others. The inventor of fire, the wheel and the written word all had legacies live on for thousands of years. Now we share information and news much differently.

What I discovered is that 17 fighters have tasted defeat by this deadly choke. In fact, chokes in general are the avenue to many victories in MMA. Guillotine chokes and triangles each made my top five.
How? Those who have ever rolled in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu know most people go for the neck right

Who is Krav Maga?
by Joe Lawrence March 3rd, 2009 | Martial ArtsAfter telling a friend I know Krav Maga, he asked, "Who is he?" This took me right back to 1988 when I would have to explain for hours how to say Tae Kwon Do. Krav Maga isn't the name of a person, rather the most effective self-defense art out there.
Krav Maga is a brutal and effective art for self-defense in everyday situations. The movements are very natural and can be accomplished by anyone. The classes I attended had young teens to senior citizens, and all learned the moves relatively quickly.
Don't confuse simple with weak. This is the official art
