The Indianapolis Colts ended their perfect season against the New York Jets this Sunday. The rookie head coach made his decision to to pull his starters in the third quarter, and the Jets capitalized. Personally, I have no issue with the decision but with the fans who booed the decision.
Each and every season, everyone becomes fascinated with teams with no losses. There is a secret fantasy to match the 1972 Miami Dolphins and their perfect season. No one has to this point, and the only team to even come close was the Patriots who were upset in the Super Bowl
NFL Week 15

The 2010 regular season is almost over. Week 15 did not disappoint. From the hard fought division game on Thursday night to the shocking upset on Saturday night to the other shocking upset Sunday night, the weekend was packed with big surprises and great games.
Unlike last week, Week 15 was very good to the division leaders, at least in the AFC. New England crept past a lousy Bills team and then got the bonus of seeing both the Dolphins and the Jets drop winnable games to ensure that the AFC East is firmly within Evil Genius

Sports Roundup

Interesting week in professional sports this week. As the NFL marches relentlessly toward the playoffs, there were some big developments from the other corners of the sports world.
The big news was a blockbuster trade in Major League Baseball. The woefully bad Toronto Blue Jays traded away their one bright spot - pitcher Roy Halladay, in exchange for Cliff Lee, the Philadelphia Phillies ace pitcher. It's unusual for teams to exchange marquee players like this in baseball. This isn't a star player in exchange for some future prospects. This isn't a team dealing a player from a deep position for one

NFL Week 14

Pittsburgh lost to Cleveland? Cleveland?!? What has happened to the Super Bowl champs? Cleveland’s big Thursday night win, seen by the seven people across the country who get the NFL network, catapulted them out of the league’s basement. A meteoric rise from tied for last place in the league to sole possession of last place in the AFC.
It was a rough week for the division leaders. Cincinnati, Arizona, and Dallas all lost. Fortunately for two of those teams, they hold big enough leads in their divisions to withstand the occasional bad loss.

Steelers Fan is the Bigger Man…Kind of
by Joe Lawrence December 14th, 2009 | Football, NFL
On December 10th, 2009, the Cleveland Browns defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 13 to 6. This was a huge win for the city of Cleveland and another nail in the coffin for the Steelers 2009 season. We may have lost this week, but the all time stats between football’s oldest rivalry point the other direction.
It is no secret that I am a huge Steelers fan. I have been as far back as I can remember. I talk trash to Browns fan almost on a daily basis during football seasons. However, on the last match-up, the Browns sucked less. This was a
